Payments are handled by Polar (polar.sh), our merchant of record. If you were charged but your second wasn't claimed or shows the wrong details, email us with your payment confirmation and we'll fix it or issue a refund. See our Terms for details.
Claimed seconds are meant to be permanent, but if you want the name or message on a second you purchased changed or taken down, just email us from the address you used at checkout and we'll take care of it.
